A Proposal for the Orientation ProgramDear school leaders ,
【1】To help freshmen adjust to our university life and ease theirtransition into college, as a sophomore from Medical School,【2〗Ipropose that an orientation program should be offered.【3】The suggested details are as follows. 【4】 First and foremost,considering the COVID-19 pandemic, the program combines onlinecourses that students must complete before the start of classes onSeptember 8th with offline activities to be held in our gym orplayground from September lst to 7th.【5】 The virtual program willcontain an introduction to the various resources and opportunitiesavailable to freshmen,induding academic support, health andsecurity knowledge, and a welcome speech addressed by schoolleaders, etc.【6】For the offline activities, there will be militarytraining which is an opportunity for freshmen to socialize with eachother while further engaging with campus faculty and staff. Finallyall freshmen are required to participate in and complete theorientation program.
【7】Through this program, I believe, first-year sudents will laythe groundwork for future:learning，exploration andsocialnetworking.
